4. Spa Appointments & Cancellations
For physical spa services booked at our Lekki Phase 1 location, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to adhere to this policy may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the booking deposit.
5. Return & Refund Policy
Due to the sensitive nature of skincare and hygiene standards, products cannot be returned once opened or used. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at info@indigoglowskin.com for an exchange or refund.
